CLDW Youth Day 2023, welcoming students from DMHC Siu Ming Catholic Secondary School to our studio, was truly invigorating.
With so many disruptions happening in the past few years, we had all been socially isolated in one way or another. Spending most of our time in interior spaces, some might feel trapped, others depressed.
CLDW Youth Day was a much-needed channel for the participating youngsters to understand the powerful impact of a user-oriented space design and its ability to uplift emotions and connect people.
With the backing of my dedicated team members, the presentation tour was marked by fun, creative and engaging activities. Great to see all the youngsters roaming around our studio. Curious. Socially engaged.
My gratitude to all the students for sharing your encouraging feedbacks on our CLDW 25th Anniversary postcards – these memories will remain vivid and heart-warming for many years to come.
The younger generation holds the key to our future. It is our corporate responsibility to initiate positive engagement with them. I look forward to launching more youth-related initiatives, sowing the seeds for a bountiful future for the interior design industry and a better world.
